Unable to open message store. (hr=0x80004005, ec=1100)
IT Problem
In exchange 2010 when you try and move mailboxes across databases to you get following error.

IT Solution
This is down the the exchange replication service on the CAS Server not being able to see the mailbox server. It may of hung or there may be comms issues between the 2 servers.
1.) Click start then Run and type “services.msc”
2.) Locate the Microsoft exchange replication service.
3.) Right click and select restart.
Now try and move the mailboxes
