Exchange 2013 Services Will Not Start
The symptoms of this issue are as follows, your Server 2012 server hangs at applying settings and will take a log time to log in, one logged in you will see that you Exchange 2013 services will not start. You will also see the following errors in event viewer.

Ive said this 1 million times to cleints and also in other articles such as SBS server 2011 hangs on startup. DO NOT DISABLE IPV6!!
OK to enable press Windows Key and R, then enter NCPA.cpl and press enter, once done right click on your network card and select properties. Once done put a tick in IPV6 click apply and then OK, then when you reboot you will find Exchange 2013 and your server now works fine.
