HP MSM 720 ASP Error Login Screen
When setting up a VSC on the HP MSM 720 or other MSM series for that matter you may come across the following error.
ASP Error
IncludeAsp(“login_error_message.asp”);
IncludeAsp(“login_error_message.asp”);
This is an issue with the ASP page stored locally on the MSM controller. We need to rebuild the default web page to fix. to do so do the following by selecting.
Public access > Web content > Current site files >
Scroll to the bottom of page and select factory Default Content. Check out the pictogram below.
Now refresh the login page on your pc and you will see the correct login page.
